Seasoned yoghurt curry of the sadya, with or without coconut.
About
Moru curry is buttermilk or beaten yoghurt simmered with turmeric, green chilli, and a mustard-curry-leaf tempering. Some versions grind coconut into it. It is a cooling course on the Onam leaf and an everyday gravy with rice.
